These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shoveclock ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
- The Service is a web application providing blind timer and structure management for poker tournament directors.
- The Service is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Paid features may be introduced in the future.
2. Accounts
- Core features are available without signing in. Sign-in with Google or similar is required for sync features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- The operator may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if the operator reasonably determines that your use of the Service is inappropriate.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities of the Service.
- Infringing the rights of other users or third parties.
- Imposing excessive load on the Service through automation.
- Reproducing, redistributing, or selling the Service's content without permission.
- Any activity that violates laws or public morals.
4. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the Service's source code, UI design, logo, and content belong to the operator.
- Tournament data and other content you submit to the Service remain yours.
5. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is." The operator makes no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or availability.
- The operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, failures, or third-party service outages.
- The Service is provided as an aid for tournament operation. Final operational decisions are your responsibility.
6. Changes and Discontinuation
- The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
- The operator may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon posting on this page.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute relating to the Service shall be exclusively submitted to the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
