Shoveclock ("the Service") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- When you sign in with Google: email address, display name, and profile picture URL (stored in Supabase).
- When you submit the contact form: name, email, subject, and message (stored to enable our reply).
- Service usage data: tournament configuration, blind structures, statistics (stored in Supabase only when signed in; otherwise stored only in your browser's localStorage and never sent to any server).
- Automatically collected: IP address, user agent, access timestamps, and Google Analytics behavioral data.
2. How We Use the Information
- Providing the Service, authentication, and multi-device sync.
- Replying to inquiries and support.
- Analyzing usage to improve the Service and develop new features.
- Preventing abuse and spam (e.g. rate limiting).
3. Third-Party Recipients and Processors
- Supabase Inc. (USA): database and authentication infrastructure.
- Google LLC: Google OAuth authentication and Google Analytics.
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting infrastructure.
- We do not sell or transfer your personal information to other third parties.
4. Information Transmitted Externally
- The Service uses Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-1ZGM1FQYB6). Your IP address, page views, and session duration are transmitted to Google.
- The Service is hosted on Supabase (US / EU) and Vercel (US). Authentication, tournament configuration data, and access logs may be processed there.
5. Cookies and localStorage
- The Service uses cookies for session management (Supabase auth).
- It also uses browser localStorage for theme, language, and tournament settings. These are stored on your device only.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account information is retained until you delete it or the Service is discontinued.
- Logged-in users can permanently delete their account and all associated data instantly from /dashboard/account → Danger Zone. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- To request a copy of your data (export), please contact us via /contact. After identity verification, we will provide it in a machine-readable format within a reasonable period.
7. Children's Privacy
- The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. International Data Transfers
- Data is processed in the United States (Supabase / Vercel / Google). For users in the EU/UK, this constitutes a data transfer under GDPR.
